History
ESA has been marked by an astonishing metamorphosis during its 11 years of existence. Founded as an independent non-profit society in June 1972, the Institute was a joint effort between the automobile and dealers of the national car manufacturers. These efforts came as a direct consequence of self-repair of the U.S. Senate hearings and the fact that repairs car, the number rose to a place on the list of complaints.
